摘要
以内蒙古太西无烟煤为原料,研究了原煤制备过程中煤的粒度、磨矿细度对原煤灰分的影响;采用NaOH-HCl酸碱法对传统酸碱法制备超纯煤工艺进行了改进,研究了酸碱溶液浓度、温度、反应时间对脱灰效果的影响及其影响机制,进行了原煤与成品煤红外光谱对比分析,得到酸碱法制备超纯煤相对温和的最佳反应条件,制备获得灰分含量为1.63%的超纯煤,达到了对于传统酸碱法脱灰工艺的改进效果。
Taking Taixi anthracite coal as raw material in Inner Mongolia,the effects of coal particle size and grinding fineness on the ash content of raw coal in the preparation process were studied.The process of preparing ultrapure coal by the traditional acid-base method was improved by NaOH-HCl acid-base method.The effect of acid-base solution concentration,temperature,and reaction time on the effect of dashing and its influence mechanism were studied,the infrared spectrum difference between raw coal and finished coal was compared and analyzed,and the optimal reaction conditions for ultra-pure coal prepared by the acid-base method were obtained.As a result,the ultra-pure coal with an ash content of 1.63%was obtained,which achieved the improvement effect on the traditional acid-base deashing process.
