摘要
结合大莱龙(大家洼—莱州—龙口)铁路扩能改造工程,针对路基翻浆冒泥区段,提出采用聚氨酯胶凝碎石复合层+上下双层土工布包裹的整治方法,对该加固技术的基本原理、加工工艺流程、加固关键技术、加固质量控制等方面进行了详细介绍。结果表明:该加固方法不需要撤除轨枕和专门的振捣养护措施,可以在运营线路天窗作业时段组织完成,且能有效防止水分进入级配碎石层而渗入侵蚀路基,还具有良好的弹性变形和耗能作用,改善效果显著。
In combination with the capacity expansion and reconstruction project of DaHaiLong(Dajiawa-Laizhou-Longkou)railway,aiming at the mud-pumping section of the subgrade,the remediation method of polyurethane cemented macadam composite layer+upper and lower double-layer geotextile wrapping was proposed.The basic principle,process flow,key technology and quality control of the remediation technology were introduced in detail.The results show that this remediation method does not need to remove sleepers and special vibration and maintenance measures,and can be organized and completed during the skylight operation period of the operating railway.It can effectively prevent water from entering the graded crushed stone layer and penetrating into the subgrade.It also has good elastic deformation and energy consumption,and the remediation effect is remarkable.
