摘要
综合性医院的建设工作中,科研能力作为综合性医院的标志之一,应引起足够的重视.科研水平对医院的持续发展具有重要的影响,目前,我国医院科研能力发展水平不均衡.本文对近十年来我国医护人员科研能力的现状及影响因素进行了综述,为今后针对性的解决重点问题提供参考.
In the construction of general hospitals,scientific research ability as one of the signs of general hospitals should be paid enough attention to. The level of scientific research has an important impact on the sustainable development of hospitals. At present,the development level of scientific research ability of hospitals in China is uneven. We review the status quo and influencing factors of medical staff’s scientific research ability in China in recent ten years,to provide reference for solving key problems in the future.
