摘要
本文简要介绍了锌冶炼行业流态化焙烧炉的生产工艺和设备原理,参考相关设计院对焙烧炉温度场和应力场的仿真模拟分析,结合焙烧炉实际运行过程中的状况,重点指出影响焙烧炉稳定运行的两处结构——拱脚圈梁和烟道口,并进行了针对性的分析,提出几点焙烧炉运行过程中的监控要求和检修改造时的原理性建议。应用于实际生产运行后,取得了良好的使用效果,解决了炉壳变形、耐材脱落等问题,同时也解决了烟道口漏烟的问题,延长了烟道口软连接的使用寿命。
The paper aims at introducing the manufacturing technique and operating principles of fluidized roaster for Zinc smelting.Referring to the simulation analysis of temperature field and stress field of baking furnace,it points out two pivotal structures which influence the operation stability of fluidized roaster,and raises several suggestions pertaining to monitoring the roaster operation and maintain the roaster.The suggestions proved effective after being applied to practical production in that they help to solve the problem of furnace shell deformation,refractory materials falling off and smoke leak from the flue.
