摘要
近来年互联网技术迅猛发展,车辆故障诊断也朝智能化、自动化迈进,远程诊断成为一个重要的发展方向。文章研究基于阿里云,设计和开发一个车辆故障诊断系统,该系统通过终端OBD接口与车辆ECU连接,获得车辆的车况信息和故障情况,使用NB-Io T无线通信技术将封装好的车辆数据传输至云端服务器,不同的用户通过客户端访问云端数据库,按需获得车况信息,故障信息或者监管部门需掌握的信息,从而提高车辆的安全性,减少故障引起的尾气排放。实验测试表明,系统操作界面友好,使用方便,体验感佳,能够实现预期目标,具有一定的应用价值。
In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet technology,vehicle fault diagnosis is also moving towards intelligence and automation.Remote diagnosis has become an important development direction.This paper studies the design and development of a vehicle fault diagnosis system based on Alibaba cloud.The system connects with the vehicle ECU through the terminal OBD interface to obtain the vehicle condition information and fault condition,and uses NB-IoT wireless communication technology to transmit the encapsulated vehicle data to the cloud server.Different users access the cloud database through the client to obtain the vehicle condition information,fault information or information required by the supervision department needs to be mastered,so as to improve the safety of vehicles and reduce the exhaust emission caused by faults.The experimental test shows that the system has friendly operation interface,convenient use,good experience,can achieve the expected goal,and has certain application value.
