摘要
“一带一路”倡议推动了我国高等教育留学生规模扩大,促使大量留学生涌入高职院校。留学生在语言文化、生活习俗、社会融入等方面面临着困难与挑战。文章提出遵循“文化尊重、文化互鉴、文化包容、文化共生”四个阶段,通过以提升心理适应能力,提高教育教学水平,创新管理模式,促进跨文化融合等方式,解决高职院校在留学生培养上面临的困难。
The “Belt and Road” initiative has promoted the expansion of the scale of international students of Chinese higher education, and a large number of international students have poured into higher vocational colleges. However, international students face difficulties and challenges in language and culture,living customs, and social integration. Following the four development stages of “ cultural respect, cross-cultural concept, cultural tolerance, and cultural symbiosis”, it is to solve the problem of higher vocational colleges in the cultivation of international students by improving psychological adaptability, improving education and teaching level, innovating management mode, and promoting cross-cultural integration.
