摘要
当前我国职业教育现代学徒制已经从探索阶段步入到中国特色学徒制内涵推进阶段。在以推动高质量发展为主题的“十四五”及更长远的一个时期,中国特色学徒制的高质量发展是增强职业教育适应性的关键举措。通过研究分析中国特色学徒制的内涵界定、高质量发展的逻辑必然性,进而探索中国特色学徒制高质量发展的实施路径。
At present, the modern apprenticeship system of vocational education in China has stepped from the stage of exploration to the stage of promoting the connotation of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics. In the “ 14th five-year plan” and a longer-term period with the theme of promoting high-quality development, the high-quality development of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is a key measure to enhance the adaptability of vocational education. We can explore the implementation path by studying and analyzing the connotation definition of the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and the logical necessity of high-quality development.
