摘要
为阐明枊叶白前种子生物学特性和表征,对柳叶白前的种子特性进行研究,测定不同温度下柳叶白前种子的萌发率,研究GA和CaCl对其种子萌发的影响,以及柳叶白前种子浸提物对白菜种子和水稻种子发芽的影响。结果表明,柳叶白前种子具备鹅绒藤属植物种子的基本特征,最佳萌发温度梯度为35℃/25℃,萌发率最高为60%;用200 mg/L GA处理柳叶白前种子,可使其萌发率达71%。柳叶白前种子浸提物对水稻萌发时的根高和苗长有明显抑制作用。
In order to elucidate the seed biological characteristics and appearance propertie of Cynanchum Stauntonii, the seed characteristics of Cynanchum Stauntonii were studied, and the seed germination rate of Cynanchum Stauntonii was determined. Effects of GAand CaClon seed germination including effects of seed extracts on germination of Chinese cabbage and rice seeds were studied. The results showed that the seeds of Cynanchum Stauntonii had the basic characteristics of the seeds of the goose down vine plant, the optimal germination temperature gradient was 35 ℃/25 ℃, and the germination rate was up to 60%;the seeds treated with 200 mg/L GAcould make the germination rate reach 71%. The seed extract had a significant inhibitory effect on the root height and seedling length of rice germination.
