摘要
王诚喜教授是湖南省名中医,衡阳市中医医院主任医师,从事中医药临床工作30余载,熟读中医经典著作,擅用经典方药,强调舌脉象的重要性,在中医肺病和内科杂病的治疗方面有很深的造诣,临床疗效显著,受到广大患者的喜爱,对于肺系疾病的病因病机认知有独到的见解,尤其对支气管哮喘的治疗累积了大量的经验。五脏六腑皆致喘,王诚喜教授结合多年临床经验,从患者的症状出发,结合四诊,辨证论治,个性化用药,此文中王诚喜教授着重先从胃来论治支气管哮喘能使患者的症状得到明显改善,效果颇佳,值得临床应用和推广。
Professor Wang Chengxi is a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Hunan Province and the chief physician of Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has been engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years. He is familiar with classical works of traditional Chinese medicine,is good at using classical prescriptions,emphasizes the importance of tongue and pulse,has deep attainments in the treatment of lung diseases and internal medicine miscellaneous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,has remarkable clinical efficacy,is loved by the majority of patients,and has unique views on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung diseases. In particular,he accumulated a great deal of experience in the treatment of bronchial asthma. All the zang-fu viscera can cause asthma. Professor Wang Chengxi,based on years of clinical experience,starts from the symptoms of patients,combines the four diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and personalized medication. In this paper,Professor Wang Chengxi focuses on treating bronchial asthma from the stomach firstly,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients. The effect is quite good,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
