响应面法优化玉米果穗太阳能干燥工艺

Optimization of solar drying process for corn ear by response surface methodology

摘要 以玉米果穗为原料,利用强制对流太阳能干燥器考察干燥温度、风速及载重对干燥后玉米籽粒品质的影响,并通过响应面法优化玉米果穗干燥工艺。结果表明:各因素对干燥时间及脂肪酸值影响强弱的顺序为温度>载重>风速;最佳干燥工艺条件为温度40℃、风速7 m/s、载重4.96 kg,在此条件下玉米果穗太阳能干燥时间为19.20 h,脂肪酸值为25.99 mg KOH/100 g。 The effects of drying temperature,wind speed and load on corn kernel quality were investigated by forced convection solar dryer with corn ears as raw materials,and the drying technology of corn ears was optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the order of influence of each factor on drying time and fatty acid value was temperature>load>wind speed.The optimum drying conditions were temperature 40 ℃,wind speed 7 m/s and load 4.96 kg.Under these conditions,the solar drying time of corn ear was 19.20 h,and the fatty acid value was 25.99 mg KOH/100 g.
