高密度城区“十四五”海绵城市建设路径研究 被引量:1

摘要 高强度、高密度开发的城市建设区因空间受限,在建设项目中通常难以落实海绵城市的指标和要求。以深圳市前海合作区为例,探讨了高密度城区如何做好“十四五”建设期的高质量海绵城市建设。在全面梳理现状问题的基础上,依据“十四五”建设规划确定具有整体达标潜力的排水分区,对分区逐一进行片区达标方案设计,并提出管控机制完善建议。通过建设项目和周边公共空间的协同作用,可以实现片区的整体达标,从而解决建设项目难以达标的问题,并实现排水分区海绵效果的整体提升。 Because of limited space,the construction projects can’t meet the standard or requirements of sponge city in high-density urban area.Taking Qianhai District in Shenzhen as an example,how to build high quality sponge city in high-density developed urban area is studied during 14th Five-year Plan period.Based on sorting out the current situation and problems,The sectional drainage with the whole potential to reach the standards are determined.The target scheme of each section is designed one by one.The suggestions of related regulations are proposed.Under the synergy between construction projects and surrounding public space,the overall acceptability is obtained to solve the problems of difficult to standard and improve sponge effect in sectional drainage.
