摘要
针对卵石层隧道洞口段施工松散易坍塌、降水入渗等高风险问题,在原设计基础上进行优化,提出了一种卵石层隧道洞口段防排水和加固体系,即:洞口段新型管棚和洞内排水锚杆联合支护方法;利用新型排水管棚的特殊构造排出上部地层的积水;通过分次注浆方法大幅提升洞口浅埋段围岩的整体力学性能;采用洞内排水锚杆与传统注浆锚杆相结合的布设方式,提前将卵石层内的地下水引出,使水流分别汇入拱形排水管道、环纵向盲管与横向泄水管进行排水作业。该方法有效提高了局部注浆加固效果和地层承载能力,同时降低了运营期隧道内渗漏水风险,可为类似工程提供有益参考。
There are high-risk problems such as easy collapse and precipitation infiltration in the entrance section of the tunnel in the pebble layer.Optimized on the base of original design,a waterproof-drainage and reinforcement system is proposed,that is the combined support method of the new pipe shed in the entrance section and the drainage bolt in the tunnel;Water in the upper stratum is drained by the special structure of the new drainage pipe shed;The overall mechanical properties of the surrounding rock in the shallow buried section of the entrance are greatly improved by the fractional grouting method;By the layout of combining the drainage bolt inside the tunnel with the traditional grouting bolt,the groundwater in the pebble layer is led out in advance,so that the water flows into the arch drainage pipes,the ring longitudinal blind pipes and the horizontal drain pipes respectively.This method effectively improves the effect of local grouting reinforcement and the bearing capacity of the stratum,and reduces the risk of water leakage in the tunnel during the operation period as well.It can provide a useful reference for similar projects.
