摘要
用4个饲用杂交大豆与内蒙古东部地区常用青贮玉米“宁单34号”间作,以相应单作种植作为对照。对不同种植模式的土壤养分、酶和土壤微生物数量进行测定。利用模糊隶属函数法综合评价6个间作配置组合,找到对土壤状况改善最佳的间作配置组合,为饲用杂交大豆与青贮玉米的高产高效种植,为在利用中维持和提高土壤养分寻找可行的途径。结果表明,不同饲用大豆与青贮玉米间作均能使土壤的酸碱度得到改善,能够有效提升土壤养分含量和酶活性;间作种植有助于土壤细菌和真菌数量的提升,维持土壤微生物多样性;对所有测定指标利用模糊数学隶属函数法进行数据分析,计算评价指标D值,以D值大小来衡量间作模式对土壤状况的改良效果,值越大效果越好。不同间作模式的综合排序为:Y/D2>Y/D3>Y/D4>Y/D6>Y/D1>Y/D5,Y/D2较其他模式,与青贮玉米间作对土壤状况的改良效果更好。
Four forage hybrid soybeans were intercropped with the commonly used silage maize“Ningdan 34”in eastern Inner Mongolia,and the corresponding monocultures were used as control.Soil nutrients,enzymes and soil microbial populations were measured for the different cropping patterns.Six intercropping combinations were comprehensively evaluated by using the fuzzy affiliation function method to find the best intercropping combination for improving soil conditions and to find feasible ways to maintain and improve soil nutrients for high-yielding and efficient planting of forage hybrid soybean and silage maize.The results showed that the soil pH was improved and the nutrient content and enzyme activities of soil were effectively increased by intercropping with different forage soybean and silage maize.Intercropping increased the number of soil bacteria and fungi and maintained soil microbial diversity.All the measured indexes were analyzed by fuzzy affiliation function method,and the D value of evaluation index was calculated.The D value was used to measure the improvement effect of intercropping mode on soil condition.The larger value means better effect.The comprehensive ranking of different intercropping patterns was:Y/D2>Y/D3>Y/D4>Y/D6>Y/D1>Y/D5.Compared with other modes,Y/D2 intercropping with silage maize had better effect on soil improvement.
