摘要
目前电源设计者普遍采用基波近似法(FHA)设计LLC变换器的谐振腔参数,计算策略大多数基于谐振网络阻抗近似法和查图法,但谐振网络阻抗近似法不够直观,查图法获取的品质因数Q值精度有限,不利于工程的精确设计。因此,提出了一种解高次方程的计算策略,以此求出唯一的Q值。文中从理论上分析、比较了谐振网络阻抗近似法和解高次方程法两种计算策略的差异,借助Saber仿真、制作120 W样机验证了这两种计算策略的计算精度以及对变换器性能指标的影响。实验结果验证了所提方法的有效性,其计算精度在3%以内,频率变化范围小,初次级绕组匝数有所下降,样机峰值效率高达96.5%。
At present,power designers generally adopt the First Harmonic Approximation(FHA) method to design the resonant cavity parameters of LLC converter.Most of the calculation strategies are based on the resonant network impedance approximation method and graph searching method. However,the resonant network impedance approximation method is not intuitive enough,and the quality factor Q value obtained by graph lookup method has limited accuracy,which is not favorable for accurate design of engineering.Therefore,a calculation strategy for solving higher order equations to find the unique value of Q is proposed. In this paper,the difference between the resonant network impedance approximation method and higher order equation method is analyzed and compared theoretically. The calculation accuracy of the two calculation strategies is verified by Saber simulation and making 120 W prototype,as well as the infulence on the performance index of the converter.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The calculation accuracy is less than 3%,the frequency variation range is small,the number of primary winding turns is reduced,and the peak efficiency of the prototype is as high as 96.5%.
