洪湖水体和沉积物中抗生素的分布特征及其影响因素研究 被引量:13

摘要 抗生素在医疗、养殖行业的大量应用使得其在环境中广泛存在,湖泊作为调控天然水体的重要场所,其抗生素污染将严重影响人体健康和生态环境安全。以洪湖为研究对象,基于功能区布点法对洪湖水体和沉积物进行采样,分析洪湖水体和沉积物中抗生素的时空分布规律及其影响因素,并评估其在水环境中的潜在生态风险。结果表明:洪湖水体中抗生素浓度最高为446.25 ng/L,且丰水期时水体中抗生素浓度整体低于平水期;洪湖沉积物中抗生素含量最高为110.63μg/kg,以氟喹诺酮类抗生素为主;洪湖水体和沉积物中抗生素的时空分布规律有明显的差异,洪湖水体中磺胺类抗生素主要来自于上游的汇水,氟喹诺酮类和四环素类抗生素主要来自人类活动,而大环内酯类抗生素则表现为受这两种因素的共同影响,同时在洪湖水体进入长江沟渠入口处的沉积物中也呈现出抗生素的富集现象;洪湖水环境中抗生素的中高生态风险比例达36.84%,其中水环境中抗生素洛美沙星(LOM)和阿奇霉素(AZM)对生态环境具有高风险。 Antibiotics are widely present in environment due to their extensive application in the medical and aquaculture industries.Lakes are important places for regulating natural water of which the antibiotic contamination will seriously affect human health and ecological environment security.In this paper,water and sediment samples are taken from Honghu Lake based on the distribution of function area for analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of antibiotics and their influencing factors in the water and sediment of Honghu Lake,and evaluate the potential ecological risks of antibiotics in water environment.The results show that the highest concentration of antibiotics in Honghu Lake is 446.25 ng/L,while the antibiotic concentration in the wet season is lower than that in the dry season.The concentration of antibiotics in the sediment has a relatively uniform distribution with the highest content of 110.63 μg/kg,among which fluoroquinolones are the dominant.There are obvious differences in the temporal and spatial distribution of antibiotics in the water and sediment of Honghu Lake.Sulfonamides are mainly from the upstream catchment,fluoroquinolones and tetracyclines are mainly from human activities,while macrolides are affected by both two factors.Besides,antibiotics in the sediment are enriched at the entrance of Honghu Lake to the Yangtze River.The proportion of medium and high ecological risks of antibiotics in water environment of Honghu Lake is 36.84%,among which LOM and AZM are high risks.
