摘要 针对变电站站内电缆敷设方面存在的问题,提出采用三维精细化设计技术进行变电站电缆敷设以及电缆载体的计算和应用研究方案;并整合汇总了变电站中最常用的电缆埋管、电缆沟和电缆支架的敷设方式,通过结合三维模型构建和配置标准化计算应用模块,设计出了各个配电区、不同设备类型的埋管敷设以及电缆沟内支架敷设的标准化应用方案,也为后续孪生建模的数字模型构建提供了技术支撑。应用三维技术对变电站电缆敷设及电缆载体进行相关计算研究,是电缆敷设三维标准化应用的基础,可为后续数字化电缆三维敷设能力进一步提升起到促进作用,也是对变电站电缆敷设中电缆载体相关计算的一个补充,填补了埋管和电缆沟标准化敷设应用的空白,为设计、施工、运行全过程的智能化、精细化管理,提高变电工程施工的效率和质量提供帮助。 In terms of the cable laying in the substation station,a research scheme of cable laying in substation and calculation and application of cable carrier by 3D refined design technology is proposed. The most commonly-used laying methods of cable buried pipes,cable trenches and cable supports in substations are integrated and summarized. In combination with the 3D model construction and configuration of standardized calculation application modules,the standardized application scheme of buried pipe laying and bracket laying in cable trenches in various distribution areas and different equipment types is designed,which also provides technical support for the digital model construction of subsequent twin modeling. The application of 3D technology to the calculation and research of substation cable laying and cable carrier is the foundation of 3D standardization application of cable laying,which can provide an important promotion for the further improvement of 3D laying capability of digital cable. In addition,the research is a supplement to the calculation of cable carrier in substation cable laying,which fills the gap of standardized laying of buried pipes and cable trenches and provides help for intelligent and refined management in the whole process of design,construction and operation,and improving the efficiency and quality of substation engineering construction.
