摘要
目的:研究耐药结核病(MDR-TB)患者应用支持性心理护理对病耻感、效能感及健康行为的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月收治的72例MDR-TB患者,按护理方案不同分组,对照组(36例)行常规护理,试验组(36例)行支持性心理护理,对比满意度、效能感、病耻感及健康行为。结果:试验组94.44%总满意率高于对照组69.44%(P<0.05);试验组护理后SIS各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理后CSES各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理后HPLP-II各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:MDR-TB患者应用支持性心理护理,可降低病耻感,促进效能感提高,并改善患者健康行为。
Objective:To study the effect of supportive psychological nursing on stigma,efficacy and health behavior in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods:A total of 72 patients with MDR-TB who were admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into different groups according to different nursing schemes.The control group(36 cases)received routine nursing,and the experimental group(36 cases)received supportive psychological nursing.The comparison was satisfactory.degree,efficacy,stigma,and health behaviors.Results:The total satisfaction rate of 94.44%in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(69.44%)(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of SIS in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of various dimensions of CSES in the experimental group after nursing were higher than those in the control group.The control group(P<0.05);the HPLP-II dimension scores of the experimental group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of supportive psychological care in MDR-TB patients can reduce stigma,promote the improvement of efficacy,and improve the health behavior of patients.
