摘要
从世界来看,工业化会导致碳排放量增加,造成全球变暖,进而破坏生态环境,影响人们的正常生活。当前,低碳经济引起社会各界的高度关注,而节能减排是实现低碳经济的重要途径。本文阐述了低碳经济和节能减排的概念,分析了节能减排的意义和发展现状,并提出具体措施,从而落实节能减排,发展低碳经济。
From the perspective of the world,industrialization will lead to an increase in carbon emissions,cause global warming,and then destroy the ecological environment and affect people's normal life.At present,low-carbon economy has attracted great attention from all walks of life,and energy conservation and emission reduction is an important way to realize low-carbon economy.This paper expounds the concepts of low-carbon economy and energy conservation and emission reduction,analyzes the significance and development status of energy conservation and emission reduction,and proposes specific measures to implement energy conservation and emission reduction and develop the low-carbon economy.
