摘要
目的 探讨综合护理模式对降低尿毒症患者血透并发症发生率的作用效果。方法 选取108例2016年4月至2018年7月在我院收治的尿毒症血透患者为研究对象,患者采取单双数字方法分为两组,单数为对照组,双数为试验组。给予对照组常规护理,给予试验组综合护理模式。对比两组患者干预后生活质量评分、并发症发生率与干预前后情绪变化。结果 试验组生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05);试验组并发症发生率(6%)低于对照组(19%)(P <0.05)。干预前两组情绪变化无差异无意义(P> 0.05),干预后试验组情绪评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在尿毒症血透患者中应用综合护理模式,可有效提高改善患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率,同时缓解不良情绪,建立良好心态,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode on reducing the incidence of hemodialysis complications in patients with uremia. Methods One hundred and eight patients with uremia hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into two groups by the odd-even number method, the odd number as the control group, the even number as the experimental group, the control group as the routine nursing, and the experimental group as the comprehensive nursing mode. Quality of life score, complication rate and mood changes before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The complication rate of the experimental group(6%) was lower than that of the control group(19%)(P<0.05). There was no difference in mood change between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05), while mood score in the experimental group after intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with uremia hemodialysis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, at the same time alleviate bad mood, establish a good state of mind, worthy of clinical application.
