桩道预备的时机和方式对Hiflow根管封闭剂的根尖微渗漏的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过蔗糖微渗漏模型观察并对比差异化桩道预备时机和方式依次对AH-puls糊剂和Hiflow糊剂根充材料的根尖封闭性的影响。方法 选择100颗近6个月内因正畸拔除的单根管下颌前磨牙,随机分为6个试验组A、B、C、D、C1、D1(每组15颗),2个对照组E、F,E组为阳性对照组(n=5),F组为阴性对照组(n=5)。使用Pro Taper机用镍钛根管锉预备所有根管至3004#,分别采用AH-plus根管封闭剂加连续波热牙胶充填技术(A、C、D组)、Hiflow根管封闭剂加连续波热牙胶充填技术(B、C1、D1组)充填根管,A、B组即刻P钻进行桩道预备,C、C1组延迟1周后P钻直接进行桩道预备,D、D1组延迟1周后先用携热器去除多余牙胶P钻再行桩道预备。运用蔗糖微渗漏定量方法,在第1、7、14、21、28天检测根尖蔗糖微渗漏量。结果 随着时间的延长,蔗糖渗出量越多(P <0.05),两组材料在第1天和第7天渗漏量差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),从第14天起Hiflow总体的微渗漏量显著的少于AH-plus(P <0.05),两种根管封闭剂的即刻预备组微渗漏量2周后也均少于它们的延迟1周后预备组(P <0.05)。两组根管封闭剂延迟1周后预备组使用携热器组微渗漏量与使用P钻组无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论 Hiflow的封闭性能好于AH-plus,刻桩道预备能够减小对封闭剂的性能影响,延迟1周桩道预备时可直接使用P钻。 Objective The sucrose micro-leakage model was used to observe and compare the effects of different post preparation methods and timings on the apical sealing properties of AH-puls paste and Hiflow paste root filling materials. Methods 100 mandibular premolars with single root canal were randomly divided into 6 experimental groups A, B, C, D, C1 and D1(15 teeth in each group) and 2 control groups E and F. Group E was the positive control group(n=5) and group F was the negative control group(n=5). Using Pro Taper machine with nickel titanium root canal file prepare all root canal to 3004#, respectively adopt AH-plus tooth root canal sealer plus continuous wave hot glue filling technology group(A,C, D), Hiflow tooth root canal sealer plus continuous wave hot glue filling technique(group B, C1, D1) filling root canal, A, B group of immediate P drilling pile, preparation, C, C1 delay A week after the P directly through the pile drill preparation, group D, D1 delay A week after the first remove excess use with heat exchanger with tooth rubber P drill pile any way to prepare. Sucrose microleakage was measured at the root tip on days 1, 7, 14,21 and 28 by the quantitative method of sucrose microleakage. Results With the prolongation of time, the amount of sucrose exudation increased(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the amount of exudation between the two groups on the 1st day and the 7th day(P>0.05).From the 14th day onwards, the overall Hiflow The amount of microleakage of the two root canal sealants was significantly less than that of AH-plus(P<0.05), and the amount of microleakage in the immediate preparation group of the two root canal sealants was also less than that in the preparation group after a delay of one week(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the amount of microleakage in the preparation group using the heat carrier group and the P drill group in the two groups after the root canal sealant was delayed for one week(P>0.05).
