摘要
随着航空技术的发展,战斗机性能不断提高,战场上的形势越来越复杂,飞行员需处理比以往更多的信息。而“信息爆炸”会引起飞行员负荷过高或产生疲劳现象,降低人机系统的工作效能,进而无法安全高效地执行飞行和作战任务。为进一步解决战斗机复杂作战环境下工作负荷过重问题,讨论了座舱设计与工作负荷间的关系,将上述理论应用于新型座舱布置设计中,从新型战斗机设计的具体要求出发,结合人机工程方法,对新型战斗机座舱内部进行布置,以CATIA软件为平台,对新型战斗机座舱的可视性和可达性进行分析,为同类机型内舱设备的结构和布局优化提供决策依据,减轻飞行员工作负荷。
With the development of aviation technology and the continuous advancement of fighter aircraft performance,the situation on the battlefield is becoming more and more complex,and pilots required to process more information than ever before.The information explosion would cause pilots overloaded or appearance of fatigue,reducing human-machine system performance,consequently unable to perform flight and combat missions safely and efficiently.To further solve the problem of information over load in the complex combat environment,the relationships between cockpit design and information load was discussed.The theory above was applied to the innovative cockpit layout design development.From the specific requirements of the new fighter’s cabin design,the internal layout of the cockpit was performed combined with ergonomic methods.CATIA software was used as platform to analyze visibility and accessibility.This could provide decision basis for structural and layout optimization of the internal cabin equipment of similar aircraft,and was of great significance for reducing the pilot’s load.
