摘要
压缩空气泡沫系统是近年来在国外发展比较迅速的一种新型灭火系统,如何控制系统高动态混合过程将关系到系统的稳定性及压缩空气泡沫的质量。文中为保证高动态混合下压力流量均满足稳定运行要求,介绍了压缩空气泡沫灭火的原理及特点,并在此基础上提出一种PQ模糊控制策略,定义了混合液路、空气路压力及流量的模糊集,使得系统能在500~2 400 L/min变化的水流量下稳定有效运行。通过理论分析并基于AMESim与MATLAB联合仿真研究,证明了所提控制器的正确性和有效性,为压缩空气泡沫装置运行提供了切实可行的控制方法。
The compressed air foam system is a new type of fire-extinguishing system developed rapidly in recent years.Compressed air,foam solution and the water three-phase flow mixing technology serves as the core.How to control the high dynamic mixing process is related to stability of the system and quality of compressed air foam.In this article,in order to improve reliability and foam quality of the equipment,efforts are made to introduce the principle and characteristics of the fire extinguishing system with the characteristics of compressed air foam,and the system is outlined according to the design requirements of smooth operation.On this basis,a PQ fuzzy control strategy is proposed,which defines the fuzzy sets of mixed liquid as well as air pressure and flow,thus enabling the system to run steadily in a wide range of water flow 500~2 400 L/min.Through theoretical analysis and joint simulation,based on AMESim and MATLAB,it’s proved that this controller is correct and effective,which provides feasible methods for ensuring steady operation of compressed air foam systems.
