摘要
目的:针对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症及腺肌瘤病症的临床诊断实施经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断的应用价值及准确性探讨。。方法:选取莘县人民医院2020年3月—2021年3月接收的确诊为子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症及腺肌瘤的患者62例,均接受经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断及经腹部超声诊断,对所得诊断相关指标进行比较分析。结果:62例患者中,经病理诊断确诊为子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症及腺肌瘤的例数分别为30例、22例、10例。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断确诊为子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症及腺肌瘤分别为28例(93.33%)、20例(90.91%)、9例(90.00%),均多于经腹部超声诊断的23例(76.67%)、16例(72.73%)、6例(60.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在血流动力学结果方面,三种病变类型存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声针对子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌症及腺肌瘤的诊断具有较高的临床诊断价值,相较于经腹部超声诊断方式具有更高的诊断准确率,临床实用价值突出。
Objective To explore the application value and accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for the clinical diagnosis of hysteromyoma,adenomyosis and adenomyoma.Methods A total of 62 patients diagnosed with hysteromyoma,adenomyosis and adenomyoma received by Shenxian People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound were performed in all the patients,and the diagnostic indicators obtained were compared and analyzed.Results Among the 62 patients,the number of hysteromyoma,adenomyosis and adenomyoma diagnosed by pathological diagnosis were 30,22 and 10 respectively.28 cases(93.33%),20 cases(90.91%)and 9 cases(90.00%)were diagnosed as hysteromyoma,adenomyosis and adenomyoma by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,which were more than those for transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis,which correspond to 23 cases(76.67%)and 16 cases(72.73%),6 cases(60.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in hemodynamic results among the three lesion types(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has higher clinical diagnostic value for the diagnosis of hysteromyoma,adenomyosis and adenomyoma.Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,it has a higher diagnostic accuracy and is clinically practical.
