摘要
基于对SK geo centric公司的产品1和产品2以及ExxonMobil公司的产品3等高结晶抗冲聚丙烯的物理性能、微观结构的研究,中国石化茂名分公司在170 kt/a Spheripol聚丙烯生产装置上开发出了高结晶抗冲聚丙烯树脂新产品PPB-MN10-S,PPB-MN35-S,PPB-MN50。利用二甲苯萃取、环境扫描电子显微镜对PPB-MN10-S,PPB-MN35-S,PPB-MN50进行了橡胶含量及微观相结构的分析,橡胶含量(w)分别为14.82%,15.66%,18.04%,橡胶颗粒尺寸主要分布于0.2~1.0μm区间,总有机挥发物含量分别为26.72,32.66,43.07μg/g。新产品的弯曲模量、冲击强度达到进口产品水平,已在市场上得到应用。
Based on the research of physical properties and microstructure of high crystalline impact polypropylene such as product 1,product 2 from SK geo centric,product 3 from ExxonMobil Chemical Industry,Maoming Branch,SINOPEC has developed high crystalline impact polypropylene PPB-MN10-S,PPB-MN35-S and PPB-MN50 on the Spheripol polypropylene plant(170 kt/a).The rubber phase contents and microstructure of PPB-MN10-S,PPB-MN35-S and PPB-MN50 were analyzed by xylene extraction method and environmental SEM.The rubber contents(w)of PPB-MN10-S,PPB-MN35-S,PPB-MN50 are 14.82%,15.66%and 18.04%,respectively,and the rubber particle sizes are mainly distributed in the range of 0.2-1.0μm.The total volatile organic compound contents of the products are 26.72,32.66,43.07μg/g,respectively.The flexural modulus and impact strength of the products have reached the level of imported products,and have been used in the market.
