主要阐述了如何用稀释与接种法准确地测定BOD_(5)考核样品,介绍了稀释接种水的制备、接种液的选取、稀释倍数的确定以及样品分析过程中若干注意事项等。
This article mainly describes how to accurately measure BOD_(5) test samples by dilution and seeding method,and introduces the preparation of diluted inoculation water,selection of seeding solution,determination of dilution factor,and some precautions during sample analysis.
