摘要
针对单件小批量产品生产模式,不同型号产品零部件的工艺标准卡片内容也存在差异,分析现有产品结构及工艺标准卡片形式,梳理工艺标准卡片与工艺知识库的逻辑关系,利用成组技术建立工艺模板数据库,并采用树形编码规则管理工艺模板数据库信息,通过计算机辅助功能降低工艺设计工作强度。经过实际验证,实现产前工艺设计周期的缩短,为实现工艺文件的智能化设计提供实践依据,为提升单件小批量产品的精益管理能力奠定数据基础。
According to the production mode of single and small batch products, there are differences in the contents of process standard cards for different types of product parts. The existing product structure and the form of process standard cards are analyzed, and the logical relationship between process standard cards and process knowledge base is dealt with. The process template database is established by using group technology, and the process template database information is managed by tree coding rules. The work intensity of process planning is reduced by computer-aided function. Through practical verification, the prenatal process planning cycle is shortened, which provides a practical basis for the intelligent design of process documents, and lays a data foundation for improving the lean management ability of single small batch products.
