摘要
在机车整车设计过程中,柴油机的定型设计尤为重要。不论是自行设计还是整体外购,影响着机车的运行性能和使用寿命。如何选择一款进口柴油机,需根据机车的性能参数匹配相应的柴油机,同时根据机械接口、外形尺寸与车体相结合,柴油机的启动、节油及控制系统需和电传动系统兼容。在整个设计过程中需要设计师对大量数据信息进行对接,极易出现沟通或者忽略一些细节。该文通过对柴油机选型的设计步骤阐述,明确进口柴油机的设计理念,对设计流程及其他系统的对接进行梳理,完善整个设计过程中的要点,并对设计的准确性提出具有可实施性的解决方案。
In the process of locomotive design, the finalization design of diesel engine is particularly important. Whether it is designed by itself or purchased as a whole, it affects the running performance and service life of the locomotive. How to select an imported diesel engine needs to match the corresponding diesel engine according to the performance parameters of the locomotive, and combine it with the vehicle body according to the mechanical interface and overall dimensions. The starting, fuel saving and control system of the diesel engine need to be compatible with the electric drive system. In the whole design process, designers need to connect a large number of data information, which is very easy to communicate or ignore some details. This paper clarifies the design concept of imported diesel engine by explaining the design steps of diesel engine type selection, combs the design process and the docking with other systems, improves the key points in the whole design process, and puts forward feasible solutions for the accuracy of design.
