摘要
目的分析风险管理在神经外科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年10月—2020年6月巴中市中心医院神经外科30名护士为对照组,施行常规管理;选取2020年7月—2021年2月本院神经外科30名护士为观察组,施行常规管理联合风险管理。比较两种管理模式的应用效果。结果观察组干预后CIRN评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科护理管理中应用风险管理,可有效降低围术期风险,改善预后。
Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in neurosurgery nursing management.Methods 30 nurses from the Department of Neurosurgery of Bazhong Central Hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the control group and received routine management.Selected 30 nurses from the Department of Neurosurgery of our hospital from July 2020 to February 2021 as the observation group,and implemented routine management combined with risk management.Compared the application effects of the two management modes.Results The CIRN score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group after the intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in neurosurgical nursing management can effectively reduce the perioperative risk and improve the prognosis.
