摘要
本研究基于Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对4种红星大曲进行测序,分析微生物群落结构及其多样性。优势真菌属为复膜孢酵母属(Saccharomycopsis)、嗜热子囊菌属(Thermoascus)、威克汉姆酵母属(Wickerhamomyces)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)和丝孢毕赤酵母属(Hyphopichia);优势细菌属为克罗彭斯特菌属(Kroppenstedtia)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)、乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、枝芽孢菌属(Virgibacillus)、泛生菌属(Pantoea)、海洋芽孢杆菌属(Oceanobacillus)和魏斯氏菌属(Weissella)。为红星大曲中微生物资源的开发奠定了理论基础。
In this study we sequenced four kinds of Hongxing Daqu by using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing to analyze the microbial community structure and diversity.The dominant fungal genera are Saccharomycosis,Thermoascus,Wickerhamomyces,Aspergillus and Hyphopichia.The dominant bacterial genera are Kroppenstedtia,Streptomyces,Bacillus,Staphylococcus,Lactobacillus,Virgibacillus,Pantoea,Oceanobacillus and Weissella.This study has laid a theoretical foundation for the exploitation of microbial resources in Hongxing Daqu.
