摘要
通过遥感解译的方法获得平凉市2016—2020年土地利用数据,计算了“十三五”期间平凉市及各县(市、区)生态环境状况指数(EI),定量分析了平凉市生态修复治理进程中存在湿地水面面积占比小、水土流失仍然严重和历史欠账多等问题,给出了“十四五”时期平凉市生态建设与保护工作中应采取兴修水利工程、构建良性生态系统、加大生态空间管控等建议。
In this paper,by remote sensing interpretation,the land use data of Pingliang city from 2016 to 2020 were obtained through,the ecological index (EI) of Pingliang City and all its counties (cities,districts) during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period was calculated.Moreover,through it,historical debt problems existed in the process of ecological restoration and management in Pingliang city have been quantitative analysed,such as small proportion of wetland water surface area,and still serious soil erosion,etc.It is suggested that the construction of water conservancy project,the construction of benign ecological system and the enhancement of ecological space control should be taken in the ecological construction and protection of Pingliang city during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.
