摘要
随着国家和行业“碳减排、碳中和”的进一步推进,水泥行业新建生产线需要符合智能化、绿色化标准。本文介绍了智能化水泥工厂系统的构成,按照分层结构进行设计,并分析了具体功能结构的主要内容,并在实际项目进行了应用。智能制造投运后提高了生产效率,节能降耗效果良好。
With the further advancement of "carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality" in the country and industry,the new production lines in the cement industry need to meet the intelligent and green standards.This paper introduces the composition of the intelligent cement plant system,designs it according to the layered structure,and analyzes the main contents of the specific functional structure,and makes a practical application in the project.After the intelligent manufacturing is put into operation,the production efficiency is improved,and the energy saving and consumption reduction effect is good.
