盾构法隧道施工下穿既有铁路沉降控制技术及监理措施 被引量:2

摘要 目前盾构法隧道施工已经成为城市地铁应用较为广泛的一种技术,控制好施工沉降可以更好地保障周边建构筑物的使用安全。基于广州地铁11号线某区间盾构多次下穿既有铁路为实例进行分析,针对下穿铁路沉降控制问题,提出具体控制技术和监理措施。通过科学的技术和管理,该区间盾构先后共计4次顺利下穿铁路,期间未发生异常情况,铁路沉降控制在±8 mm以内,日平均完成掘进拼装在8环以上。在保证既有铁路安全沉降可控的前提下,提高了盾构施工效率。为后续盾构施工穿越重大风险源积攒了丰富的经验,供同行借鉴参考。 At present,shield tunnel construction has become a technology widely used in urban subway.Controlling the construction settlement can better ensure the safety of surrounding buildings.Based on the analysis of a section of Guangzhou Metro Line 11 undercrossing existing railway for several times,this paper puts forward specific control technology and supervision measures for settlement control of undercrossing railway.Through scientific technology and management,the shield has successfully passed through the railway for four times,during which no abnormal situation occurred,the railway settlement is controlled within±8 mm,and the daily average completion of excavation assembly is more than 8 rings.The shield construction efficiency is improved under the premise of ensuring the safe settlement of the existing railway.It has accumulated rich experience for subsequent shield construction crossing major risk sources for reference.
