摘要
石墨烯是一种由碳原子构成的单层片状结构的新材料,集卓越的力学性能、电学性能和导热性能于一体,石墨烯作为导电剂能够改善锂离子电池的电化学性能。本文采用水热反应将氧化石墨烯、碳纳米管以及导电炭黑复合后,通过高温热还原、高速球磨以及引入分散剂进行表面修饰等方法,制备得到石墨烯基三元复合导电浆料,并采用表征手段对采用50%、33%、25%、17%氧化石墨烯的导电浆料的物理及化学性能进行表征。
Graphene is a new material made of carbon atoms in a single sheet structure,which combines excellent mechanical,electrical and thermal properties.As a conductive,graphene agent can improve the electrochemical performance of lithium ion batteries.Graphene oxide,carbon nanotubes and conductive carbon black were synthesized by hydrothermal reaction.Then,graphene-based ternary conductive paste was prepared by high temperature thermal reduction,high speed ball milling and surface modification by introducing dispersant.At the last,physical and chemical properties of conductive pastes with 50%,33%,25%and 17%GO were characterized by characterization.
