摘要
目的研究重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-bFGF)溶液对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者血清总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、炎性因子和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、黏膜表皮生长因子(EGF)水平的影响。方法选取惠州市第三人民医院2019年1月至2020年12月期间收治的196例拟行慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各98例。两组患者均行鼻内镜术,对照组患者术后采用常规糠酸莫米松治疗,研究组患者术后采用rh-bFGF溶液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及手术前后的TIgE、ECP、鼻内镜(Lund-Kennedy)评分、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平和VEGF、EGF表达水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为98.98%,明显高于对照组的86.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组患者的TIgE、ECP水平及Lund-Kennedy评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后,两组患者的TIgE、ECP水平及Lund-Kennedy评分均明显降低,且研究组患者的上述观察指标分别为(50.78±7.96)k U/L、(3.23±0.34)ng/L、(3.67±0.56)分,明显低于对照组的(64.24±8.02)k U/L、(5.07±0.67)ng/L、(5.67±1.06)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后,两组患者的TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平均明显降低,且研究组患者的上述观察指标分别为(1.08±0.23)ng/mL、(6.57±1.37)pg/mL、(248.37±38.46)ng/mL,明显低于对照组的(2.45±0.65)ng/mL、(9.34±2.65)pg/mL、(306.14±36.18)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组患者的VEGF、EGF表达率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组患者的VEGF、EGF表达率明显下降,且研究组患者的VEGF、EGF表达率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者应用rh-bFGF溶液�
Objective To study the effects of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor(rh-bFGF)solution on the levels of serum total immunoglobulin E(TIgE),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),inflammatory factors,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and mucosal epidermal growth factor(EGF)after endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 196 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in Huizhou Third People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 98 patients in each group.Both groups underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional mometasone furoate,and the patients in the study group were treated with rh-bFGF solution.The therapeutic effect,TIgE,ECP,Lund-Kennedy score,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8)]before and after operation,and the expression of VEGF and EGF were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.98%,which was significantly higher than 86.73%of the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in TIgE,ECP levels,and Lund-Kennedy scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the TIgE,ECP levels,and Lund-Kennedy scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the above indexes of the study group were(50.78±7.96)kU/L,(3.23±0.34)ng/L,(3.67±0.56)points,significantly lower than(64.24±8.02)kU/L,(5.07±0.67)ng/L,(5.67±1.06)points of the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant difference in the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the above-mentioned indexes of the study group were(1.08±0.23)ng/mL,(6.57±1.37)pg/mL,(248.37±38.46)ng/
