摘要
本文介绍了雨刮传动机构的分类和应用,然后介绍了如何运用几何法计算空间四连杆机构的尺寸和摆角。本文对雨刮系统常用的串联式和并联式两种机构的运动特性进行分析,确定以最小冲击力比值和最小传动角比值为优化目标,创建了CATIA参数化计算模型,然后分别对两种类型的空间四连杆尺寸进行优化设计,从而降低雨刮系统运行时对传动机构的冲击力,提高了雨刮系统的运行寿命和舒适性。
This paper introduces the classification and application of the wiper transmission mechanism,and then introduces how to use the geometric method to calculate the size and swing angle of the spatial four-bar linkage.In this paper,the kinematic characteristics of two types of mechanisms commonly used in wiper systems,series and parallel,are analyzed.It is determined that the minimum impact force ratio and the minimum transmission angle ratio are the optimization targets.The CATIA parametric calculation model is created,and then the two types of spatial four-bar linkage are optimized for size.Thereby,the impact force on the transmission mechanism during the operation of the wiper system is reduced,and the operating life and comfort of the wiper system are improved.
