摘要
变压器是电力系统的核心设备,其铁心制造对变压器行业的发展至关重要。目前,国内变压器铁心叠装的工序主要靠手工叠制而成,劳动强度大,生产效率低,产品质量不稳定。桁架式铁心高速叠装设备的研发投产可以实现变压器800kVA以下容量的铁心叠装。本设备集视觉识别技术、“3+2”交互叠片控制技术、机器人传动等前沿技术为一体,不仅使叠片工人从繁复的工作中解放出来,而且效率是其工作效率的2倍~3倍。
Transformer is the core equipment of power system,its core manufacturing is very important to the development of transformer industry.At present,the process of lamination of transformer cores in China is mainly made by hand,with high labor intensity,low production efficiency and unstable product quality.The research and development of truss core high-speed lamination equipment can realize the lamination of core with capacity less than 800kVA.This equipment integrates vision recognition technology,"3+2" interactive lamination control technology,robot drive and other cutting-edge technologies,which not only liberates lamination workers from complicated work,but also makes the efficiency 2-3 times of their work efficiency.
