摘要
本文基于技术溢出的背景,对竞争供应链中制造商的技术创新决策进行研究。假定供应链环境中存在纵向技术溢出,本文设置由强势供应链与弱势供应链组成Stackelberg博弈模型,研究在横向技术溢出不同的存在条件下,强势供应链中制造商的技术创新决策,并设计了一种研发成本分担的供应链纵向合作研发机制来抵御横向技术溢出的风险。研究结果表明:1)技术创新是强势供应链中制造商的严格占优策略,其不仅能提高强势供应链的整体利润,而且能降低产品的市场价格,增加社会福利,从而实现帕累托改进。2)研发成本分担的供应链纵向合作研发机制能减少横向技术溢出对强势供应链中企业的损害,有效地保护了技术创新的成果。
Based on the background of technological spillover, this paper studies the technological innovation decisions of manufacturer in the competitive supply chain. Supposing there is a vertical technological spillover in the supply chain, this paper set up a Stackelberg game model consisting of a strong supply chain and a weak supply chain, study the technological innovation decisions of manufacturer in a strong supply chain under different existence conditions of horizontal technological spillovers, and design a supply chain vertical cooperative R&D(Research and Development) mechanism with R&D cost sharing to resist the risk of horizontal technological spillover. The research results show that: 1) Technological innovation is a strict dominant strategy for manufacturer in a strong supply chain, which can not only increase the overall profit of the strong supply chain, but also reduce market price of the product and increase social welfare, thereby achieving Pareto improvement. 2) The supply chain vertical R&D cooperation mechanism of R&D cost sharing can reduce the damage of horizontal technological spillovers to enterprises in the strong supply chain,and effectively protect the achievements of technological innovation.
