摘要
高诊断覆盖率AO模块是安全PLC系统的一个组成部分。传统具有SIL3安全等级的AO模块均采用1oo2D或2oo3架构,这两种架构设计复杂度高,开发难度大,导致产品成本居高不下,阻碍了安全PLC的进一步推广应用。本文采用通过SIL3认证的微处理器和1oo1D架构设计的高诊断覆盖率AO模块,在保证产品的可靠性及安全性的前提下,提高了产品的诊断覆盖率,优化了产品电路设计,降低了产品的成本,促进了安全PLC的进一步推广应用。
The high diagnostic coverage AO module is an integral part of the safety PLC system.Traditional AO modules with SIL3 safety level use one of the 1oo2D or 2oo3 architectures. These two architectures have high design complexity and difficulty in development, resulting in high product costs and hindering the further popularization and application of safety PLCs. Adopt SIL3 certified microprocessor and high diagnostic coverage AO module designed with 1oo1D architecture. On the premise of ensuring product reliability and safety, it improves product diagnostic coverage, optimizes product circuit design, and reduces product cost. The cost has promoted the further popularization and application of safety PLC.
