摘要
为进一步厘清众包竞赛中用户之间的竞争关系、提高众包竞赛的创新效率,运用社会网络分析法和随机统计理论,利用2018—2020年猪八戒网站相关数据构建用户参与众包竞赛的竞争网络,分析该网络演化特征及其在时序上的演化规律,并借助指数随机图模型,从网络结构属性、网络节点属性和网络关系属性3个维度探究网络演化的驱动因素。结果表明:参与众包竞赛的用户竞争网络呈现高密度、短路径的特点,小世界特性显著,倾向于形成星形结构和闭合三角结构且网络结构趋于稳定,用户间的竞争关系具有一定的稳定性;用户的成交额、竞争强度及结构洞属性有助于竞争网络的形成与演化,用户之间的技术结构邻近性与组织邻近性在竞争网络关系形成中发挥显著作用,而经济距离负向影响竞争网络的形成。基于此,从用户参与积极性和核心带头作用发挥以及环境营造等方面提出众包平台管理相关建议。
In order to further clarify the competition relationship between users in crowdsourcing competition and improve the innovation efficiency of crowdsourcing competition, on the basis of the social network and random statistical theory, this paper builds a competitive network for users to participate in the crowdsourcing competitionuses by using relevant data of the ZBJ.COM in 2018-2020, analyzes the evolution characteristics of the network and its evolution law in timing, and with the help of exponential random graph model, explores the driving factors of network evolution from three dimensions of network structure attribute, network node attribute and network relationship attribute. The results show that the user competition network participating in crowdsourcing competition presents high density, short path characteristics, small-world features are remarkable, it tends to form star structure and closed triangle structure, and network structure tends to be stable, the competition between users has certain stability;the participators’ transaction amount, competitive intensity and structural hole attribute contribute to the formation and evolution of network, knowledge proximity and organizational proximity play a significant role in the formation of competition networks, while economic distance negatively affects the formation of competition networks. Finally, suggestions on crowdsourcing platform management are put forward from the aspects of participators’ participation enthusiasm and core leadership, and the environment construction.
