摘要
本文通过工业生产试验,开发了一种大规格棒材的控轧控冷工艺,并成功试制了Ф110mm的大规格非调质钢棒材,各项性能指标经过检验满足用户的产品标准要求。
In this paper, a TMCP process of large size bar has been developed through industrial trial production, and ф110mm large size non-tempered and tempered steel bar has been successfully trial-produced. All performance indexes have been tested to meet the requirements of users’ product standards.
