摘要
为降低煤矿充填作业的安全风险,以东曲煤矿充填开采项目为研究对象,形成一套煤矿充填项目安全风险管理的模式。通过分析煤矿安全管理现状,结合因子分析法和菲尔德法,对煤矿进行了安全风险评估。根据评估结果,从设计工艺、设备管理、人员培训等方面建立了相应的整改措施,为煤矿充填开采安全风险管理提供了参考。
In order to reduce the safety risk of coal mine filling operation,taking Dongqu Coal Mine filling mining project as the research object,a set of safety risk management model of coal mine filling project is formed.Through the analysis of the current situation of coal mine safety management,combined with Factor analysis and Field method,the safety risk assessment of coal mine is carried out.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding rectification measures are established from the aspects of design technology,equipment management and personnel training,which provides a reference for the safety risk management of coal mine filling mining.
