摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对.CU的气流组织进行探究,以CO作为污染物.示踪气体,研究得出不同通风形式的通风效率:当采用上排风时,通风效率最高为223;采用上送风、下排风时,通风效率为055。患者呼出气流呈现浮力射流特征,会在房间上部聚集,采用上排风更利于污染物从室内排出。
In this paper, the CFD method is used to explore the ICU airflow structure, and the mass COis used as the pollutant tracer gas, and the ventilation efficiency of different exhaust positions are studied and given, and the ventilation efficiency is up to 2.21 when the upper exhaust outlet is used, and the ventilation efficiency of the upper and lower exhaust is 0.55. The patient’s exhaled airflow shows buoyancy jet characteristics, which will accumulate in the upper part of the room, and the use of the upper exhaust outlet is more conducive to the discharge of pollutants from the room.
