摘要
介绍了公立医院国有资产管理相关研究的概况;从机制、效能和内涵三个方面分析了华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院国有资产管理的现状和问题,从管理组织体系、制度体系、绩效评价体系、资产管理报告、资产保值增值、资产全面管理等方面总结了医院的创新举措以及取得的效果。
It introduces the general situation of related research on state-owned assets management in public hospitals;analyzes the current situation and problems of state-owned assets management in Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from three aspects:mechanism,efficiency and connotation;summarizes the hospital innovative measures and the results achieved from management organization system,institutional system,performance evaluation system,asset management report,asset value preservation and appreciation,and comprehensive asset management.
