摘要
本研究旨在通过观察不同水平泡菜源环二肽对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响,为肉鸡健康养殖保健减抗产品的筛选及应用提供思路与借鉴。选用360只0日龄罗斯308肉鸡,按试验要求随机分为3组,每组设6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,公母各半,分别利用饮水方式添加环二肽,处理Ⅰ0~7 d添加量为2 L/t,8~14 d添加量为1 L/t;处理Ⅱ0~14 d添加量为2 L/t;对照组全程不添加。饲养试验42 d。结果表明:不同处理组环二肽对体重、日增重无显著影响(P>0.05);不同处理组环二肽均能显著提高粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、磷的表观消化率(P<0.05);除处理Ⅱ能显著降低腹脂率外(P<0.05),对其他屠宰性能指标均无显著影响(P>0.05);不同处理能显著提高健康鸡群欧洲效益指数(P<0.05),在鸡群发生支气管堵塞疾病情况下,能显著提高成活率及欧洲效益指数(P<0.05),降低经济效益损失。结果提示,环二肽能有效提高营养物质的表观消化率,具有提高生长性能的潜质;能够明显提高肉鸡抵御疾病的能力,可在不影响生产性能的基础上,替代部分抗生素。
This experiment was conducted to observe the effects of different levels of cyclodipeptide from kimchi on production performance,slaughter performance and economic benefit of broilers,and to provide ideas and reference for screening and application of health care anti-resistance products in broiler healthy breeding.360 Ross 308 broilers at the age of 0 day were randomly assigned to 3 teatments with 6 replicates and 20 broilers with each pen,half male and half female.Cyclodipeptide was added in drinking water for treatmentⅠwith 2 L/t for 0~7 d and 1 L/t for 8~14 d,treatmentⅡwith 2 L/t for 0~14 d,respectively.The control group was not added in the whole process.The feeding trial lasted for 42 d.The results showed that cyclodipeptide had no significant effect on body weight and daily gain(P>0.05).But cyclodipeptide increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,calcium and phosphorus in different treatment groups significantly(P<0.05);TreatmentⅡdecreased the percentage of abdominal fat(P<0.05)significantly,but had no significant effects on other slaughter performance indexes(P>0.05).Different treatments could increase the European benefit index of healthy chickens(P<0.05),and increase the survival rate and European benefit index(P<0.05)significantly in the case of bronchial obstruction disease,and reduce the economic benefit loss.The results indicated that cyclicdipeptide could effectively improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients and had the potential to improve growth performance.It could obviously improve the ability of resisting disease of broiler chickens,and replace part of antibiotics without affecting the production performance.
