摘要
随着信息技术的发展,电子商务在各行各业越来越普及。在电子商务背景下,产业核心要素正在重组,并带动了社会生产关系的变化。饲料企业作为种植业和养殖业的纽带,需要在电子商务背景下对传统经营模式进行变革,本文从供应链管理、物流管理、营销管理等方面入手,探索饲料企业转型的路径,以达到降低成本和饲料产品促销的目的。
With the development of information technology,e-commerce has been popularized in all walks of life. In the context of e-commerce,the core elements of the industry are being restructured,which has led to changes in social relations of production. As the link between planting and breeding industry,feed enterprises need to change the traditional business model under the background of e-commerce,and explore the transformation path of feed enterprises from the aspects of supply chain management,logistics management,marketing management,etc.,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and promoting feed products.
