赤霉素和褪黑素对辣椒种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高辣椒种子的发芽率和幼苗质量,以辣椒材料NJ2、TJ7和CT3为试材,研究了不同浓度GA和MT处理对辣椒种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:适当浓度的GA_(3)和MT均能提高辣椒种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,高效促进辣椒种子萌发的GA_(3)最低临界浓度为0.9 mmol/L,比较合适的浓度为0.9~1.2 mmol/L;促进辣椒种子萌发的最佳MT浓度为150 μmol/L,在此浓度下辣椒材料的胚根长和胚芽长,NJ2分别比CK增加102.45%和65.61%、TJ7分别比CK增加119.85%和31.07%、CT3分别比CK增加69.23%和28.27%,然而,当MT浓度为250 μmol/L时,辣椒材料NJ2的胚根和胚芽生长明显受到抑制,其胚根长和胚芽长分别比CK降低44.60%和40.39%。 To improve the seed germination rate and seedling quality of peppers,the effects of different concentrations of gibberellins(GA_(3)) and melatonin (MT) on seed germination and seedling growth of pepper materials NJ2,TJ7 and CT3 were studied.The results showed that appropriate concentrations of GA_(3)and MT could improve the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of pepper seeds.The lowest critical concentration of GAto efficiently promote pepper seed germination was 0.9 mmol/L,and its suitable concentration was 0.9-1.2 mmol/L.The optimum MT concentration for promoting pepper seed germination was 150 μmol/L,under which the radicle length and plumule length of pepper material NJ2 increased by 102.45% and 65.61%,TJ7 increased by 119.85% and 31.07%,and CT3 increased by 69.23% and 28.27%,respectively,compared with CK.However,when MT was 250 μmol/L,the radicle and plumule growths of pepper NJ2 were significantly inhibited,and its radicle length and plumule length was 44.60% and 40.39% lower than CK,respectively.
