摘要
改善由共振而产生的轰鸣噪声一直是车辆噪声、振动与声振粗糙度研究的重要问题。论文通过对某SUV声腔模态和某型号车辆尾门进行模态测试,获得频响函数等数据,对比分析发现,当外部激励源激励起车内声腔模态时,在36 Hz时会激励起尾门的振动,且改善车内前排声腔区域的低频轰鸣噪声。验证了由声腔内激励车身钣金振动产生的波形相互影响,可实现车内声腔模态改变,进而达到改善车内声腔的轰鸣噪声的目的。
Improving the resonant roaring noise is always an important issue in the research of vehicle noise,vibration and harshness.In this paper,the frequency response function and other data were obtained through modal testing of the acoustic cavity mode of an SUV and the rear door of a certain type of vehicle.The comparative analysis found that when the external excitation source excited the internal acoustic cavity mode,the vibration of the rear door would be excited at 36Hz and the low-frequency roaring noise in the front acoustic cavity area of the vehicle would be improved.It is verified that the waveform generated by the vibration of sheet metal of vehicle body excited in the acoustic cavity can affect each other,and the modal change of the acoustic cavity can be realized,so as to improve the roaring noise of the acoustic cavity in the vehicle.
