摘要
为了解决变速器啸叫噪声问题,提高整车声品质,文章分析了齿轮精度及齿向偏差、齿轮宏观参数、变速器壳体动力学特性等三个方面对问题挡位啸叫噪声的影响。由于齿轮宏观参数和变速器壳体已设计定形,实际降噪时采取优化齿轮的齿向倾斜偏差及鼓形量的措施,实测变速器总噪声减小3 dB(A),啸叫噪声显著降低,达到可接受水平。
In order to solve the problem of transmission whine noise,improve the sound quality of the whole vehicle,this paper analyzes the effects of the precision and lead deviation of gear,the macro parameters of gear,transmission housing dynamic characteristic on the gear whine.Because the transmission housing and gear macroscopic parameters were designed finalization,so the optimized gear lead deviation and crowned tooth were adopt to reduce the gear whine.Finally,the optimized transmission noise was 3 dB(A)lower than the original transmission by bench testing and noise significantly reduced,to an acceptable level.
