钢琴用板材干燥工艺与设备技术研究

摘要 随着社会的进步和科技的发展,人们在满足物质需求的前提下,更加追求精神层面的享受。钢琴作为乐器之王,是一种提高人们精神享受的工具,已从小众走向了大众,市场需求日益增大。然而钢琴制造对板材的质量要求很高,木材利用率较低,其干缩湿涨变形、开裂等缺陷都会影响最终成品的质量。而木材干燥是木材加工中的重要一环,好的干燥方法能够提高木材的利用率,保证钢琴用板材的质量。因此,通过介绍常规木材的干燥工艺及其技术,分析其优势与劣势,提出一种更适用于钢琴用板材的干燥技术,并采用实验对比法比较了该技术与恒温干燥和高温干燥板材的质量与干燥效率。结果表明,与恒温干燥和高温干燥相比,该技术处理的板材水分分布更均匀,干燥效率显著提升,具有更好的经济效益。 With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, people are pursuing spiritual enjoyment under the premise of meeting material needs.As the king of musical instruments, the piano is a tool to improve people’s spiritual pleasure, which has moved from the niche to the public, and the market demand is increasing.However, piano manufacturing has high requirements for the quality of the plate, the utilization rate of wood is low, and its defects such as dry shrinkage, shrinkage, deformation, cracking, and so on will affect the quality of the final finished product.Wood drying is an essential part of wood processing, and a suitable drying method can improve the utilization rate of wood and ensure the quality of piano plates.Therefore, by introducing the drying process of conventional lumber and its technology, analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, a drying technology more suitable for piano plates is proposed, and the quality and drying efficiency of this technology and constant temperature drying and high-temperature drying plates are compared by experimental comparison method.The results show that compared with continuous temperature drying and high-temperature drying, the moisture distribution of the plates treated by this technology is more uniform, and the drying efficiency is significantly improved.
