摘要
高职院校“大思政课”教育改革既是新时代高职院校立德树人的内在要求,又是有效实现高质量发展的方法创新,此举对大国工匠的打造、思政教育内涵式发展、制造强国的形成和工匠文化软实力的提升都具有极大的价值意蕴。基于共通性的育人价值、趋同性的育人目标、耦合性的育人内容、同构性的育人方式和协同性的育人机制之五大融合理路,可为“大思政课”教育改革分别提供必需的行动指南、内容构架、实践导向和运行理路。立足当下高职院校的发展实际,围绕价值导向体系、“三教”改革、产教融合、实训平台革新、企(行)业文化建设等五个方面探析“大思政课”教育改革的实践策略,分别为其顺利运行提供强有力的“牵引力”“内生力”“外推力”“创新力”和“软实力”。
The educational reform of great ideological-political courses in vocational colleges is the internal requirement for high morals molding and people-oriented cultivation of talents in the new era. Besides, it is also the method innovation to effectively realize colleges’ high-quality development. Obviously, this reform has positive impact on the cultivation of craftsmen of great powers, the connotative development of ideological and political education, the formation of manufacturing power, and the improvement of the soft power of craftsman culture. In general, there are five integration theories guiding the reform in aspects of action, content, practice and operation. They are commonality-based educational value, convergence-based educational goals,coupling-based educational contents, isomorphism-based educational methods, and cooperativity-based educational mechanism.Based on the current development of vocational colleges, this study provides practical strategies for this reform from five aspects.They center on the value-oriented system, the three reforms of teaching, textbooks and teachers, the integration of industry with education, the innovation of training platform, and the enterprise(industry) culture construction, so as to provide strong traction,endogenous power, outward thrust, innovation and soft power for its smooth operation.
